DEPOSITS:
The purpose of a deposit, is to protect us from non-serious buyers, and to protect you, the "buyer" , insuring that you get the pup you choose. So a deposit will protect both the buyer and B&h Kennels.
We will not hold a pup with out a deposit. A $200.00 will hold a pup for you, or will reserve a spot on a waiting list for you as well. For our chihuahua litter's, we do not accept deposit's for the waiting list's. However we do take name's, and after the pup's are born, we will go down the list of name's. If there's a puppy you are interested in, then you will have 1 week to send your deposit in, or you will loose your spot on the waiting list. We do however except deposit's on our siberian husky litter's, and the deposit holder's will get first pick's. After they have chosen their puppy, we will then go down the line on our waiting list's. Again you will have one week to put down a deposit, or you will then loose your spot on the waiting list.
The deposit is deducted from the price of the puppy. Our deposit's are non-refundable! However, they can be moved to either another puppy from the same litter, or to a whole different litter.

Thank you for allowing us the privilege of providing you with your new best friend. We are happy to share our knowledge and love of this magnificent breed. We may not have all of the answers, nor are we a substitute for quality veterinary care, but we will do what we can to ensure that your questions are answered, or direct you to the correct place for the answers or help that you need.
Note 1: All Deposits are non-refundable and sales final. Any request other than described will be decided at the discretion of the seller.
Note 2: Your puppy/dog comes with a 72-hour health guarantee. We feel that it is important for you to have your puppy checked out by your veterinarian. If, within 72 hours from receiving your puppy, your veterinarian finds a life threatening illness or disease, kindly return the puppy along with a letter from your veterinarian stating the problem as well as the invoice from the veterinarian clinic. We will gladly replace the puppy with the next available puppy of the same sex and comparable quality.
We guarantee that your puppy has been wormed at 2, 3, 4 and 6 weeks of age and has received all age appropriate vaccines. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure that your puppy does not have worms, they are a very common occurrence in puppies and can re-occur after treatment. Coccidia and Giardia are other common puppy problems, and although we do not have a problem with it on our premises as we strive to keep it from becoming an issue, over 30% of all puppies carry these protozoa. Some immune systems seem to handle it better than others, while some require medication to get over it. Coccidia is caused by a protozoa passed through feces that are ingested. Huskies are especially prone to it, as they are fastidious about grooming themselves. Giardia can be contracted by drinking stagnant water, or by chewing on an infected stick. None of these are considered life threatening unless left untreated and are therefore not covered under the health guarantee.
A two-year Genetic Defect Warranty is also provided for your puppy. Should your puppy be diagnosed with a genetic hip or eye defect(IN THE SIBERIAN HUSKY),or patellar or eye defects(IN THE CHIHUAHUA) within 24 months from birth, simply provide the documentation and invoice from the veterinarian and we will offer you a replacement pup of the same sex from an upcoming litter. The defect will not be honored if found to have developed due to a non-genetic factors such as trauma, stress, neglect or abuse.
Note 3: This puppy, shall be maintained in an adequate enclosed area and not allowed to roam freely.
Note 4: If at any time, the buyer named above wishes to dispose of said puppy/dog, he/she shall first offer him back to the seller at no charge. Your puppy will always be welcomed back should you, for any reason in the future, find yourself unable to keep or properly care for him/her. Please remember this prior to surrendering your puppy to a shelter or to someone unfamiliar with the breed. not contacting b&h kennels prior to selling or placing the puppy/dog, will result in a BREECH OF CONTRACT! If we agree that you may place said puppy/dog in another home, we require all the potential new owner's information. If this is not givin to us, then you are again in breech of contract.
Note 5: The registration certificate or application to register the puppy/dog will be furnished to the buyer upon receipt from AKC and clearance of funds through bank. If purchasing Limited Registration, the registration certificate or application to register the puppy/dog will be furnished to the buyer upon receipt of verification from a licensed veterinarian of spay or neuter. THERE WILL BE NO ACCEPTIONS TO THIS!
NOTE 6:(VERY IMPORTANT): THERE WILL BE A LIFE TIME NEGLECT OR ABUSE CLAUSE,MEANING IF THE PUP/DOG IS NOT BEING CARED FOR PROPERLY,OR SHOTS,WORMINGS KEPT UP TO DATE,B&H KENNELS CAN AND WILL, PICK UP THIS PUPPY/DOG,AND ALL PAPER WORK WILL BE RETURNED TO B&H KENNELS,OR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A BREECH IN CONTRACT!
Note 7: We will offer back $25.00 for every title you get on your puppy, includding CGC, after proof has been sent to us. This offer is up to $100.00, or 4 different title's. If you get your puppies champion title through AKC, we will offer back $100.00, after proof of his/her champion title. this may be combined with the other four title's. If you get your puppies champion title through UKC, we will offer back $25.00, and this can be combined with the other four titles as well.
Note 8: Once said puppy/dog leaves b&h's premise's, we are not accountable for any vet bill's from said dog/puppy. Nor our we responsible for any damage's said dog/puppy does, after he/she leaves are premise's. Please see note # 1.
The signatures placed below here by make validation of this contract. Any breech in any part of this contract, will attest a penalty fee of $600.00, and any court cost's, plus lawyer fee's if applicable. All court hearing's will be held in the state of michigan.
